Returns & cancellations

This policy covers purchases from our online shop and follows Greek and EU consumer law — Law 2251/1994 as in force, and Directive 2011/83/EU as transposed.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

A consumer — a private individual acting outside their trade or profession — may withdraw from the sale without giving a reason within fourteen (14) calendar days of the day they, or someone they nominated, took physical possession of the goods.

To exercise it, send us a clear statement (an email is enough) before the deadline expires. After declaring withdrawal, you then have 14 calendar days to send the products back.

2. Conditions for accepting a return

For a return to be accepted, the product must come back:

• In its original condition, used no more than was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
• In its factory packaging and complete — accessories, manuals and everything else that came with it.
• With the packaging undamaged, unmarked and unaltered, and with security seals and stickers still in place.
• With the retail receipt or your order details.

If the product has been handled more than was necessary, its value may be reduced and the refund adjusted accordingly — or the return refused, where the condition no longer allows it to be resold as new.

3. Return shipping and risk in transit

Return shipping is at your cost, unless the return is our fault — a wrong or faulty product — in which case we cover it, by arrangement.

If you choose your own carrier, the risk of loss or damage in transit stays with the sender until we take delivery.

4. Refunds

We refund by the same payment method wherever possible, or by bank transfer, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the products, or until you show proof of dispatch — whichever happens first. Where the value has been reduced by use beyond what was necessary, the refund is adjusted.

5. Cancelling an order before dispatch

An order can be cancelled free of charge by phone or email as long as it has not shipped, and the full amount is returned. Once it has shipped, the return and withdrawal process above applies.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire quickly, once unsealed or used.
• Sealed software or audio/video recordings that have been unsealed.
• Goods made or adapted to your order, or personalised.

These categories are indicative and follow the legislation in force.
