Note:
Hunting cameras, due to their technology, require careful handling on the one hand and familiarity with their operation on the other. Please read the accompanying manual carefully.
In particular, cameras that take a phone SIM card to send MMS or email messages require the use of a computer for programming and advanced technical knowledge to configure them.
Our company provides the basic instructions that we believe can help people with basic knowledge successfully complete the required settings. In general, however, we recommend contacting a technician who can help you.
It has been observed that most problems with sending email relate to the email account the camera was set up to send from, and the settings entered for that account.
ATTENTION
The choice of email provider, account creation and the corresponding settings are the responsibility and obligation of the camera owner, and the inability to send photos via email from the camera is not a fault of the camera and is not covered under the warranty.
Any changes to the policies of email providers (e.g. Google) or mobile network operators (e.g. Cosmote) resulting in the inability to send email, MMS or SMS do not constitute a problem or defect of the camera.
