The GSM S-140 is a very simple device used for remote alerting via SMS messages.
Some uses of the GSM Controller are:
- Controlling an irrigation pump, pumping stations, water-supply and irrigation systems,
- Using 2 units — one at the pumping station and one at a remote tank — you can operate the pumps and monitor the level,
- Controlling a solenoid valve for garden watering,
- Controlling and remotely alerting on an alarm,
- Controlling indoor or outdoor lighting,
- Remote control of a garage door,
- You can also program it to keep the remotely controlled device active for a specific period of time
The Controller is installed via computer by connecting it with USB. The Controller has 2 relay outputs, one output is controlled remotely via SMS, and the other arms for an adjustable time when an ALARM is triggered. It also has 4 independent digital inputs for monitoring and remote alerting by call and/or SMS message.
