Do I need to register to place an order?

No. Add the products to your basket and choose Checkout.

I am trying to add several units and it will not let me

Stock is updated daily. That message means the units showing are the last ones available.

Do I need a credit card to buy?

No. You can pay by:

• Cash on delivery
• Credit or debit card
• Bank transfer

Is paying by card safe?

Payments are processed inside Viva.com's secure environment. No card details are stored by GPScom.

What does cash on delivery cost?

€5.00 (ELTA door-to-door).

How do I return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition. The full policy is on the returns page.
