The RMS (Remote Management System) is designed to make it easy to monitor and effectively manage all of Teltonika's RUT and TRB networking devices.
The system allows secure collection of data about device status, as well as the ability to change their settings even when they don't have public IPs.
Central – Unified System
Access and control all your routers from a single, central interface. Just click a link and sign in with your own credentials to Teltonika's web application, which works with every platform and browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc.) and requires no software installation at all (cloud-based operation).
Automatic Firmware Updates
Apply your preferred settings or install a new firmware version on all your routers simultaneously and remotely. This means there's no need to travel to the installation site — with unified central management through RMS, you can now carry out maintenance and firmware-upgrade tasks on your Teltonika networking devices remotely.
Accessibility and Security
Your routers don't need a public IP for remote access, which lowers maintenance costs and improves system performance. Communication between the routers and the main server is fully secured through an OpenVPN connection that requires no configuration and protects the communication from outside breaches (enhanced encryption and security).
Maintenance and Diagnostics
Users get information that helps them visualise the device's location and check performance indicators such as temperature, signal strength, etc. You can also reboot devices remotely to troubleshoot issues without needing to travel to the site where the devices are installed.
Statistics
Improve your network's overall performance and efficiency based on reports from the RMS system. It's worth highlighting that RMS lets you build custom reports with parameters such as device availability, performance, errors that have occurred, etc. In short, you can stay informed about your network's overall behaviour at any time.
