Repeaters
Repeaters receive on one frequency and simultaneously re-transmit on another, at higher power and from a better position — so two handhelds that cannot hear each other directly talk normally.
This is the only way to cover a wide area, a multi-storey building or a basement. A frequency licence is required; we can point you through it.
